Over the past few months, E-SENSE has continued to expand its presence across both the international MedTech ecosystem and the local healthcare community, with a series of engagements that reflect our focus on bringing accessible, preventive screening solutions into real-world settings.
One of the key highlights was our participation in the Hong Kong MedTech Innovation World Cup® 2026, where E-SENSE was selected as one of the 11 finalists. This provided an opportunity to present our technology on an international stage alongside leading innovators in the MedTech space. During the finals, we showcased our flagship device, VitoCheck®, and shared our vision of enabling early detection and continuous monitoring through portable, non-invasive technology.
Alongside the competition, we also exhibited at the Wearable Technologies Conference, where we connected with industry partners, investors, and healthcare professionals. The event allowed us to demonstrate how our multi-organ screening platform can be integrated into primary care and community health environments, further validating the relevance of our approach in today’s healthcare landscape.

Closer to home, E-SENSE participated in HKU Alumni Day 2026, where we engaged directly with the public through a dedicated booth. In addition to introducing VitoCheck, we provided on-site organ health screening services, allowing participants to experience firsthand how our technology can support early awareness of liver and kidney health. The strong interest and engagement from attendees reaffirmed the growing demand for accessible preventive health solutions within the community.

We were also invited to share our work at a health seminar organized by Manulife. During the session, we introduced our technology to participants and conducted live screening demonstrations. The interaction highlighted the increasing importance of preventive health management within corporate and insurance-driven wellness initiatives, and the role that technologies like VitoCheck can play in supporting these efforts.

Taken together, these activities mark steady progress in E-SENSE’s mission to bridge the gap between advanced medical technology and everyday healthcare access. By combining clinical-grade insights with portability and ease of use, we continue to move towards a model where early detection and continuous monitoring become part of routine health management.

Official Statement on Unsubstantiated Allegations
13 October 2025
This official statement is made by E-Sense Innovation & Technology Limited (“E-SENSE”) with respect to a demand letter (the “Letter”) recently issued by Gense Technologies Limited (“Gense”) which contains allegations against E-SENSE and the directors of E-SENSE.
The Letter from Gense through their solicitors containing various serious and unfounded allegations. These allegations included claims of breach of fiduciary duties, breach of non-compete obligations, misuse of confidential information, and even wholly inappropriate criminal allegations under the Theft Ordinance and Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.
E-SENSE understands that letters with similar content as the Letter were also delivered to certain key partners, collaborators, and investors of E-SENSE with the intention to defame and disparage E-SENSE.
E-SENSE categorically denies all allegations made by Gense, which are without merit and entirely unsubstantiated.
E-SENSE hereby responds to and refutes all the allegations made in the Letter on E-SENSE. Our legal team has already responded categorically to Gense’s demand letter, and we reserve all rights to claim against Gense for the loss incurred to E-SENSE as a result of Gense's false accusations.

E-SENSE’s activities are carried out independently and in good faith, utilizing legitimate business practices, open-source technologies, published research, and the general knowledge and skills of our team members. E-SENSE has not engaged in any improper or illegal conduct as alleged by Gense.

E-SENSE hereby express all of its legal rights and remedies available under the law of Hong Kong in respect of the defamatory statements made by Gense against E-SENSE, including but not limited to:
Commencing defamation proceedings seeking damages for harm to reputation
Pursuing claims for business losses resulting from the false allegations
Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further defamatory statements
Claiming legal costs on an indemnity basis
Conclusion
E-SENSE remains confident in its legal position and will vigorously defend itself against any unfounded claims. E-SENSE will continue to focus on its core mission of developing innovative healthcare technology solutions while protecting its legitimate business interests through all available legal means.
